Is the venue the right fit for the guest list you plan to have for the wedding reception. Does the flow of the space work for the style of event you have in mind? Will it accommodate your elderly or any disabled guests that will be attending?

Are you planning a ceremony on site? Can the site accommodate the ceremony? And is there an option for both indoors, and outdoors for the ceremony? If it rains what is the plan? How is the flow for a ceremony? The venue should be able to answer this for you and walk you through the logistics.

How does the venue rank for taking pictures? Would you have to find another site to go for pictures on the way to the reception? Are there outdoor spots for photos? How about inside spaces? Ultimately can you “picture” yourselves at the venue on your wedding day?
